Why is it that,
I can not write of glee?
A masterpiece I splat;
But only of a misery,
So, fictionalize a moment,
Just for a release,
Why can't I write of enjoyment?
Writing would simply cease.

Writers block,
Cued by joy.
A hard place and a rock,

The taste a faded memory,
How I long for the scent.
Now I drift in a life of misery,
